After The MB Market site had issues with bidders not being able to place bids on the Hammer, there was a sealed best and final offer after the auction closed for the final bidders who placed bids near the end. The final price was $762M all in.

This appear to be one of the 3 "Hammers" offered up by a SoCal owner some years ago. Then, $30-40k each.
