Being US NAM spec makes it a LOT easier for that 560SEL AMG. So I smogged it w/ the normal 6.0 SOHC, with cats installed at a shop willing to overlook the non-US exhaust configuration, and I was good to go.

California is extremely difficult when it comes to registering vehicles that were not originally imported into the state.

Judging from the non-1983 stock seats in place, its possible this car had Recaros' at one point.

Tempting, but CA makes it so tough on bringing in out of state cars with prior CA history, let alone no CA history.

Nonetheless rare 107 color with some nice options.

Would have been more appropriate if that 5-speed was in it instead of that Maine black car posted earlier.

Nice project. G80 stereo to boot, rarely seen in a 107 chassis.
