Its not that 1989 5.6ECE widebody that we saw from Oregon. I notice differences:
- No side blinkers on this one
- Lower mileage (33K vs 36+K)
- Different steering wheel
- AMG badge on right (other had on left)
- Single bank exhaust in proper location, not dual sided like the other

Gen II Widebody with the 6.0 conversion And only 33K miles. This will bring a pretty penny, I am thinking.

Whats with the exhaust tips? Possibly re-welded on an aftermarket muffler and they spaced them apart? Other than that, it looks just right!

Looks to me like off-the-shelf exhaust can/tips from Magnaflow or similar.... AMG lookalike, but wider spacing in between.
Cheers,
Gerry

(as an aside, "this item is no longer available" is the understatement of all time...)

seller posted this:
hard to sell a car you don't even have."I NEED YOUR FEEDBACK - The trucking company that was supposed to pick up and ship my vehicle arrived this morning without an enclosed trailer, which is what I paid for. Therefore the trucker was turned away but unfortunately an enclosed trailer will not be available until after this auction ends. Many of you have written to me informing me that you want to see the interior and engine as well as the VIN # to confirm its history. That only makes sense. However I am unable to do so until I take possession of the vehicle. Would you like me to end the auction now and repost next week or would you like me to continue with the auction? Please send me a message with your suggestion. Whatever the majority of people say is what I will do. Thank you. Wednesday, 9/12/12 - 11:37 am EST. "

You'd also need to be pretty stupid to bid on a car like this...
