I usually have an eye on how bodyparts are profiled and can spot fakes pretty easily. That said, this one looks pretty damn close. Only thing is, either the cluster was replaced, or it IS really a base model 190 euro with the wide kit....

Genuine widebody kit... rare to find as there were not that many of them. Not really the greatest looking AMG kit on the 190's... the older style version looks very dated.
RJMB, the rev counter was an option on Euro models. Its possible that the car is not even a 190E but a 190, and those typically did not come with a tachometer.
