Different sellers this time, priced a little lower, too. I don't remember those seats being in the car when it was last for sale, but they did a nice job trying to cover the seats in "Sportline" design. I wouldn't mind owning a car like that... must be a total blast to drive!

Hatchandsons was the dealership that had this car for sale several years ago. Back then it was listed at over $60+. I could have sworn they said it was sold.

I can vouch for the power of the 6.0L M119. Its almost too much for the car, even with an automatic. I've had to replace the rear diff bushings because they were worn on one side from the increased torsional torque.

Appears as though there is a slight typo in the ad tittle:

"1992 MERCEDES 500E RENN-TECH CUSTOM - $240K INVESTED $55900"

Should read:

"1992 MERCEDES 500E RENN-TECH CUSTOM - $240K SPENT $55900"

Yes, but then it'd be under the Tuners section. No problem.

Dyno coming up, I will post accordingly. 5L LH unit notwithstanding....til I get my hands on a 6L unit.....eventually.

Plus I will post metrics of the stroke measurements that so many have questioned.

Its a great car, much newer than I'd have anticipated getting into, yet, so much power, it is what it is. And def'y worth it!

Heres a coupla shots...
