Asked seller to please send me scans of papaerwork. His response was hilarious -- only AFTER purchase and he has a deposit in hand. WTF?

so given the provenance and documentation, what are thoughts on value of this example? it certainly needs some "massaging" to get it to where it should be

I will be in the general area (where the car is) on Saturday. If someone is really serious, I might be able to to go over to take a peak.. but am not making promises just yet.
